Sam is a research assistant working in the Human Development and Community Wellbeing team with a primary focus on providing statistical analysis for team projects. Sam has experience in a range of statistical methodologies including time-series analysis, component and cluster analysis, regression modelling, generalised linear models, and machine learning techniques such as Random Forests.
Sam will be working closely with Vincent Mancini to provide statistical analysis for a number of projects focused on empowering fathers and father figures to improve the health and wellbeing of children. Sam believes that his contribution to the projects will assist in promoting positive fathering behaviours and fathers’ engagement with their infants, preschool, primary school and adolescent-aged children.
